Chef Sam has had over 20 years of experience cooking that ranges from authentic Thai and Chinese cuisine to sushi. Bringing flavors from his hometown Vientiane, Laos he has worked in restaurants in Boston and North Carolina and now uses the culmination of his knowledge and experience to bring out the most in all of his dishes at Thai Fusion.
